Chief Executive Officer - Renewable Energy

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Energy

- Division to lead and drive the growth of a Clean Energy solutions company which focuses on creating Heat, Electricity, Bio-fuel, Bio-manure and Bio-Hydrogen from waste.

- You will be responsible for defining and executing business strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and overseeing financial performance to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize energy sector operations.

- Oversee energy projects, ensuring efficient execution, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

- Manage relationships with government agencies, investors, and industry stakeholders.

- Drive business development, partnerships, and investment opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability initiatives.

- Ensure financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

- Lead innovation and adoption of renewable and sustainable energy solutions.

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) or Business Administration.

- Experience: 15+ years in the energy sector like WTP, STP, CBG, Biogas, etc., including leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in power generation, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects.

- Proven track record in strategic planning, business expansion, and financial management.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, environmental policies, and sustainability practices.

- Ability to drive technological innovation and process improvements.
