Job Description

1) Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term vision in alignment with the company's strategies and goals.

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the company's real estate business, working to maximize efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.

2) Business Development and Growth:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and avenues for growth.

- Implement strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.

3) Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.

- Represent the company in negotiations, business meetings, and industry events.

4) Financial Management:

- Solely responsible for the profit and loss and growth of the real estate business with proper cash flow management to achieve desired ROCE (Return on Capital Employed).

- Create and maintain financial health by setting and achieving budgetary goals and managing resources effectively.

- Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with real estate investments, market fluctuations, and regulatory shifts.

- Working towards maximizing profitability by optimizing revenue streams, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.

5) Team Management and Development:

- To build and train a team which is aligned with the company's vision to become a billion-dollar company in next 7 years.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth, innovation, and high performance.

6) Industry Knowledge and Compliance:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure the company's compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standard.
