Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, setting clear goals and objectives to drive long-term growth and profitability. Align company strategies with market opportunities and industry trends.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective restaurant management practices. Implement best practices in operational procedures to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Financial Performance: Ensure financial health by managing budgets, optimizing revenue streams, and controlling costs. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Market Expansion: Drive business growth by exploring new market opportunities, expanding existing locations, and developing strategic partnerships. Lead initiatives to enhance brand presence and market share.
- Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Mentor and support senior management to achieve their full potential.
- Customer Focus: Ensure the company delivers exceptional customer service and maintains high-quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, franchisees, and partners. Maintain strong relationships and communicate company performance and strategy effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage business risks, including operational, financial, and reputational risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and consumer preferences. Encourage innovation and adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior management roles within the QSR industry or a similar sector, with at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent position.
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a QSR business, with a strong track record of driving profitability and growth.
- In-depth knowledge of QSR operations, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive organizational change.
- Experience with multi-unit operations and franchise management is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
