Reportees: AVP Broiler Operations & VP Head Sales

Department: Feed

Location : Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities will include :

Primary :

- Responsible for Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the Feed business and P&L of the Feed business.

- Identify cost reduction opportunities within the departments reporting to the business line through re-alignment of work processes, and appropriate manpower utilisation measures

- Overseeing the complete operation of the feed business in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and review performance metrics to enable the organization deliver results as per Annual business plan.

- Drives practices to ensure brand visibility and market penetration

- Monitors the deviation from planned ROI and actual ROI for investments in the Feed business

Secondary :

- Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place

- Implements strategies to maximize brand awareness

- Develops, manages, implements, supervise administration of Feed operations

- Participates in all strategic business review meetings and continuously assists Board of Directors in strategic plan development and implementation processes

- Attract, hire, train, develop and direct a team of functional leaders to oversee each of their specific areas of responsibility to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Analyzing and assessing continually the organizations performance against the stated objectives.

- 20+ years of experience in handling all the business operations with specific experience in poultry and feed industry
