Our client is an Indian Conglomerate who is foraying into Personal Care & Perfume business. Looking for a leader from the same industry with an exposure to all aspects of P & L.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team.

- Candidate should understand how to run a business and take complete ownership of P&L.

- Development, review and refinement of the Company's business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace.

- Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner.

- Strong understanding of business finance and performance management principles.

- Oversee product development, including research, development, and launch of new products.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

- Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

- Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.

- Build a strong and effective team by recruiting, training, and managing employees.

- Oversee product development, including research, development, and launch of new products.

- Drive creation of required ecosystem; consisting of suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

- Contribute to development of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.
