- Lead Strategy Development & execution of the services business across India, Srilanka & Bangladesh
- Work Closely with the founder & the MD in building & evolving the business for next level of scale-Business Strategies specific to regional markets, online-physical convergence, innovation-High end services strategy, disruption through technology, partnerships driven business model etc.
- The Individual must bring a strong track record of building a business in an entrepreneurial manner.
- Must have led independently inside dynamic businesses which require real decisions strategy, investments, identification of new opportunities etc.
- Someone who always only been largely in implementation roles would not be a right fit.
- Should bring good grounding from high quality, institutionalized organizations and preferably a direct exposure from consumer products & consumer Services Space.
Take Control of existing operation and leading a hands-on manner, driving through ownership.
- Lead with organization wide visibility and drive the business with deep connect to granularities on the ground.
- Energise the workspace and build a culture of ownership and highly engaged team.
- Upgrade the consumer experience through consistent operations and people engagement.
- This requires highly energetic, drive & relationship focused individual who leads with low ego and can build organization wide credibility and acceptance.
- The individual must demonstrate high interpersonal skills and ability to hand-hold rally people around an agenda.
- Experience in people intensive business with evidence of that style will be the key.
Deliver on the commercial performance of the business.
- Drive same store sales growth aggressively while also leading new store expansion plan ensuring right commercial modeling for break even and profitability delivery.
- On same store sales, expectation is to lead in a savvy manner driving footfalls on the ground.
- This requires an alert management of go-to-market, brand activations on the ground and creating a sales rhythm in the organization.
- Equally delivering economics of scale through driving cross sell of services, introduction of high end services etc.
- This requires a commercially savvy P & L Leader, ideally someone who understands the nuances inside a retail business.
- Marketing facing individual with a strong track record of consumer acquisition and topline growth.
- Should be relationship oriented, collaborator, lead with low ego, empathy & connect towards people, ability t deal with ambiguity, risk taker.
