- Mission and Strategy:Work with board and team members to ensure that the foundation's mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach o Responsible for both strategic planning and successful implementation of the

- Financial performance and viability: Good understanding of accounting, finance and compliance to ensure overall health of the organization o Responsible for raising funds with focus on CSR & other domestic funds and develop other revenues necessary to support the Foundation

- Operations: Oversee and implement appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are run well o Hire and manage culturally diverse staff, clientele, and community whose skills, cultures and languages reflect the communities Foundation serves

- Efficiently run the administration and day to day operations

- Fundraising, expertise with FCRA, Grant & Donor Management
