Responsibilities:

- The CEO shall be responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial performance of the company & leading operations to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. He or she should be a result-oriented leader, persuasive and passionate communicator with the highest ethical standards.

- Minimum 20 years of experience in Senior Leadership roles either in the skilling sector or large organisation within the Banking Industry, with a proven track record of success in National level portfolio.

- Strong understanding of the Indian skilling ecosystem and the Skill Development Mission.

- Excellent strategic planning and business acumen.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance.

- Demonstrable ability to build consensus and manage effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Effective communication, advocacy, and people skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector and its evolving skill requirements due to technology changes.

- Passion for skill development and a commitment to making a positive impact on the employability of the Indian workforce.
