About the Company :

- The Trust has is engaged in publication of daily newspapers, primarily in Gujarati language.

- The Trust also owns property in Mumbai, the rent from which is used for the charitable activity of publication of newspapers, promotion of Indian values, culture and other philanthropic purposes.

- The Trust currently employs about 80 people many of whom have been with the organization for long time. The Chief Editor of the Trust is one of the most respected persons in the industry and has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the newspapers.

Job description :

- The Trust is looking to appoint a CEO to restructure its operations to meet the challenges of time especially, changing business scenario post COVID.

- The incumbent is expected to have leadership experience of an enterprise or may have served as a senior administrator with a Corp orates /Government body /PSU /Banks etc.

- Ability to communicate in Gujarati will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of the language is necessary. The incumbent ought to be tech savvy and is expected to implement strategies for digital media visibility.

- The role of the CEO will include overall management of the Trust's activities and, in particular, comprehensive HR Review to rejuvenate and re energise the organisation.

- Individuals who have the following attributes like co corporate strategy, business continuity a good businesses partner and good administrative skills

- Strong command over verbal/written communication and should be a good listener
