Our client is a leading NBFC with a diversified product portfolio across the Retail and SME segments.

Description :

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for :

- Strategic leadership of the NBFC as per the Board' s Approval of the Corporate Plan execution there on

- Ensuring a strong Risk, Compliance and Governance Framework is embedded across the NBFC

- Financial Management

- Strategic Planning, Strategic Thinking, Leadership and Direction

- Executive Leadership and People Management

- Business Development and Customer Agenda/Value Propositions

- Audit, Risk Management & Compliance

- Corporate and Social Responsibility

Profile :

Qualification & Experience :

- Qualified Postgraduate (preferably MBA) with at least 15 years of relevant post qualification experience in mid or large sized professionally run NBFCs with the last 3 plus years in a functional leadership role

- Experience in building out an established NBFC across multiple product lines is a must

- Ideally should be an existing CEO/COO/ Business Head of an existing (high performing) NBFC

- Experience in IPO and Fund raising is an added advantage
