Chief Executive Officer - Mill/Plant - IIM

Job Description

A Rolling Mill plant with two Bar and Rod Mills in Nagpur, Central India having turnover of about Rs. 60 crores is looking for a CEO to take charge of the whole plant reporting to the Board and will be responsible for monitoring the Plant’s daily operation as well as to supervise its operational units and organizational matters. CEO will be in charge of all departments, direct their operations, make the necessary decision in the frame work set out by the board and will be responsible for the profitability of the Plant. CEO will be delegated by the Board to have full administrative powers.

- The person should have knowledge and experience of such Hot Mill to guide and control the total plant functioning from input to output, profitability, excise, receipt & dispatch, stores and purchase, related auxiliary facilities and services etc. with all supporting staff. The package will not be a constraint.

Job Specifications:

- BE Preferably Metullurgy or Mechnical

- MBA-IIM
