CEO - Micro-Finance

CEO position for a leading micro-finance company, headquartered in Southern India

- Creation, validation and implementation of organization level strategy, business plans and budgets

- Develops and deploys department level vision, goals, objectives and budget so as to best support achievement of the overall organization vision and create a structured work environment in the organization

- Monitors performance versus budget so as to ensure cost effective implementation of the department plans and successful achievement of business targets

- Responsible for recruitment, right skilling, people development, growth and employee engagement

- Provides thought leadership and cultural flow to the entire organization

- Raising and allocating equity capital efficiently to meet the growth objectives.

- Ensure compliances related to RBI and other statutory requirements.

- Risk Management and pro activity in ensuring the health of the portfolio

- Keeps abreast of the trends in the sector and activities of competition in the sector through regular updates from field, external forums like summits/conferences and generally available public information

- Ensures leveraging of best practices (Product related, process related etc.) into the organization so as to keep improving efficiencies at work

- MBA from top tiered institutes Only

- Large team handling experience, from a BFSI background
