About our Client - Our client a leading organization in the Electronic Instrumentation Sector manufacturing a wide variety of Test & Measuring Instruments and Industrial Control Products. Over the past 25 years the Company has established a strong reputation as a high quality, reliable, technology driven and credible supplier to some of the biggest corporates, both in domestic as well as overseas markets

Job Description - Reporting to the Board, the incumbent will deliver the Company's goals on revenues, profitability and growth. The Company believes that there is huge domestic as well as global potential for its products and a strong foundation for rapid growth is in place. The CEO will need to implement plans that grow the top line of the Company at a rate not below 30% CAGR and increase the gross margin by at least 3% from its present level. To achieve this the incumbent will need to further build the organization's process and people capabilities such that the Company is externally oriented, focused on meeting customer expectations, market savvy, productive and efficient in its operations and has a work culture that attracts and engages the best talent.

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate should be in his mid-forties, an Engineer (Electrical / Electronics) with a MBA (Finance / Operations / Marketing). He would have grown into a leadership position from functional roles and independently held profit center responsibility at an Enterprise Level or of a Business Division / Vertical. He would have demonstrated the ability to grow a business by strategic and innovative thinking, high process orientation, excellent people skills and successful stakeholder management.
