- They are the major supplier to Auto and Non Auto companies plus other manufacturing segments and have application across a diverse spectrum of industries, In order to grow more rapidly they are looking for a CEO .
- The incumbent should be innovative to drive the organization with a good vision & Mission and should accomplish the goals
Job Role :
- The incumbent will be responsible for Techno commercial activities where in the core competencies includes (Plant Operations / Sales & Marketing / Export /Finance / Vendor Management etc )
- Steering diverse responsibilities including strategy planning & execution, new initiatives and operations; analyzing business needs, strategic direction & identifying initiatives that allow a business to meet goals Partnering with core business operations to increase the company's footprint, expand market share, and generate sustainable revenue gains
- Creating annual business plan & strategies, managing operations from the scratch; defining processes and creating appropriate systems for delegated functioning across the globe plus Managing Accounts, Funds Management and P&L activities; impacting organization profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development Performing analytical review of financial operations of the process; interpreting financial data for determining past financial performance and projecting the financial probability of process
- Formulating strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation, realizing organizational goals, executing plans to reach out unexplored market segments & customer groups for business expansion Leading complete business operations including projection of annual sales, tracking of sales performance and interaction with other areas of the company to ensure that business orders are executed properly and profitably
- Spearheading end-to-end customer lifecycle management from identification of prospective clients, providing world class customer service to clients to maintaining customer satisfaction and generating repeat business Ramping up operational efficiency with cross-functional skills and ensuring on-time deliverables within preset cost parameters while adhering to respective procedures/norms
- Playing a key role in all aspects of key account management/strategic & large accounts including customer segmentation, product positioning & sales cycle management; offering extensive support with key focus on customer retention/satisfaction.
Background of the candidate : By qualification you should be B.Tech Mechanical with PG / MBA and should have at least 20 to 30 years of work experience in Manufacturing segment.
