Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing

Position - CEO for Manufacturing Business.

Reporting to - MD

Industries - Packaging and Containers Manufacturing

- Well versed with manufacturing industry, pref. consumer products

- Well networked in Pharma / FMCG and related market is desirable

- Ability to acquire new business and strong understanding of market and customer needs

- Ability to retain and grow existing customers

- Strong on understanding production technology / Plant operations / production cost

- Ability of positioning products at premium segment

- Good command over finance & fund-raising/investor relations

- Will be working as Business Head, reporting to MD

- Strong command over people management, specially senior team

- Understanding of ERP software would be added advantage
