Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Work Location: Pune, India

Requirements:

- PGDM from one of the IIMs.

- 10+ years experience in selling products to enterprise organizations in India.

- At an executive level position in the current organization.

- Excellent communicator and negotiator.

But basically there are two MUSTS:

1. He must be from a Sales background.

2. Equity should excite him, not the fixed salary.

Responsibilities:

- Assume full responsibility for the company’s operations.

- Grow revenues by 10x over the next 3 years.

- Maintain healthy profitability while expanding rapidly.

- Drive product positioning, marketing strategy and the product roadmap.

- Develop and communicate a vision and a strategy for the company.

- He or she must have the hands-on capabilities and understanding to provide leadership to the business and instill a culture of operational excellence.

- Must have the ability to attract, lead and retain talent across all senior executive positions, as well as the ability to break down organizational silos and consider all factors when making decisions and structuring the work of their teams.

- Must have an analytical mind and a clear understanding of what factors positively influence the P&L.

- Must be excellent communicators with the ability to engage and motivate people both inside and outside of the company.
