Role :- CEO ( For a US Based IT Setup)
Location - USA ( East Coast)
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide the vision, leadership and strategy for development and marketing of IT products worldwide and emerge as a dominant player in the industry. This will include development and implementation of cutting edge software products and market the same to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization and create shareholder value.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: :
- P&L Management. Accountable for top line and bottom line.
- With CAGR growth at 75%, must retain existing customers and bring new customers. Enhance brand quality and customer satisfaction
- Use of Technology and processes to stimulate enterprise wide innovation that contributes to organizational goals and operational excellence.
- Revenue generated from new ideas/ innovation.
- Adept at statutory compliance's and business governance.
- Leadership, Relationship with the Board, External Relations, and HRM (Retain and Develop existing talent)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Rapid Business growth to reach USD 350 M in near term.
- Ability to scale up and lead from a current team of 70 to ~500 technical people.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : An Engineer with MBA (preferably)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Work exposure in the USA
- Experience in BFSI sector
- Software Product Sales & Marketing
- Orientation of growing business at rapid pace
