PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Setup a world class operation centre to drive and lead the automate mother warehouse to optimize the delivery mechanism. Rationalize available resource to achieve organization business goals. Lead and develop teams, technology change management, business process re-engineering, strategic alliances, conceptualize and formulate business plan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Operations :- Lead and manage the entire operation space and take it to the next level.
Supply Chain Management :- Will be responsible for managing and driving the mother ware-house, Effective, management inbounds and out bound logistics, order fulfillment.
Distribution Management :- Form a strategic alliance to drive a cost effective distribution process with definite TAT.
Demand Planning :- Work closely with the sales & marketing and business analytic team to analysis the change in trends and buying habits of the target customers to forecast the future demand.
Risk Management :- Risk assessment, Risk analysis, and Risk mitigation
Financial Management :- Budgeting, and allocation of fund for the operation and management of the entire SCM,Vendor negotiation, technology up gradation cost, Up scaling of infrastructure and expansion, manpower allocation and wages, utility cost management, transportation and redistribution costing. Design a cost effective business operation process to rationalize financial implication and resource.
Quality Management :- To setup best quality practice to minimize error and defects, lean management, six sigma kaizen etc. Stress and focus on the TAT.
Statutory & Compliances :- Strictly adhere to the statutory and compliance, Government policies crafted for E commerce Industry, Labour Law, PF,ESI, Shops and establishment, Service tax, Vat etc.
Reward & Recognition - Design and formulate R&R model in sync with organization HR polices to motivate the workforce performance and enhance productivity.
Human Resource Operation :- Work in tandem with the CHRO in talent management, talent engagement and talent development. Conceptualize and help in implement HR best practice to HR next.
CRM :- Will be responsible for the manning and implementing best customer excellence practice, loyalty programs 360degree feedback mechanism, customer grievance TAT, put in place innovative customer interaction platform using the latest CRM technology.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education Qualifications and Technical Skills: BE/B.TECH/MBA/PGDM with 15 yrs of domain exposure.
