The client, a Leading financial services group, has a life insurance and a general insurance company.

These have to be scaled up 10 times in the next three years in the high potential GCC Market. The thrust is on life insurance.

The critical success factor is distribution through the brokers channel besides bancassurance and corporate sales.

Searching for a CEO who can handle both Life & General Insurance.

Candidate requirement:

- 45 - 50 years - seasoned insurance professional, ideally with both life & general insurance background. Strong in setting up and scaling up a strong distribution channel.

- In addition should have product experience. Must have handled a P&L

- Hands on experience in scaling up a must.

- Must have handled business 2000+ crore top line business.

- Independent go getter. Strong in people management

Education Qualification:

- CAIIB / MBA
