Chief Executive Officer - Insolvency & Bankruptcy Business

Job Description:

- He/she has to set up shop for Insolvency & Bankruptcy Business of company.

- Will be involved in Execution, Business Development, Reporting and other ancillary services related to IBC Advisory.

- Travelling will be required. Chartered Accountant / MBA / CFA having 15+ years of hands on experience in dealing in stressed assets resolution & restructuring process, mergers and acquisitions, forensic audits and investigations, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 etc.

- He should have experience of working with dealing with leading PSU and Private Sector Banks as well as have good relationships with regulators like RBI, SEBI, etc.

- He should have acumen of dealing with a team of more than 20 people and be able to deal with team.
