Job Description:

- The person will be responsible to set up Insolvency & Bankruptcy Business of company.

- The role would involve Execution, Business Development, Reporting and other ancillary services related to IBC Advisory.

- The requisite person must have hands on experience in dealing in stressed assets resolution & restructuring process, mergers and acquisitions, forensic audits and investigations, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.

- He should have experience of working and dealing with leading PSU and Private Sector Banks as well as have good relationships with regulators like RBI, SEBI, etc.
