About company :

A diversified business group in Oman with 47 years of business & present in multiple countries spread across Middle East, Asia Pacific, European & African Region.

Eligibility criteria:

- Must be a B.E / B.Tech Engineer.


- MBA is advantageous

- Total job experience has to be in between 20 to 25 Years only.

- 15+ years of experience in IT Services companies, with at least 5 to 9 years in senior leadership role, as a CEO or in a similar capacity.

- Age has to be under 55 years only not beyond.

- Must have experience from technical side & strategic operation side with managing P&L of the business.

Preferences are as follows :

- A person with strong technology background, having deep understanding of IT Infra & Software development will have more preferences, combination of experience required is IT Infra (70%) & IT Software application (30%).

- Fair understanding of IT Infrastructure, AI, Software Development (Cloud based software, AI based software, Mobile App, ERP Development), Blockchain, Robotics, IOT, Industry 4.0 platforms.

- Any candidate having job experience from Middle East market is advantageous.

Key responsibilities :

Strategic leadership :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our Tech Business Unit to achieve the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.

- Establish strategic partnerships and drive business development initiatives.

- Oversee the functioning and outputs of all departments, particularly IT Infrastructure, AI, Blockchain, Robotics, IOT, Software Development (Cloud based software, AI based software, Mobile App, ERP Development. etc), Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Decision making :

- Making key decisions related to business operations, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational direction.

- Evaluate the organization's structures and procedures such as decision-making regarding increasing market capitalization or international business strategies.

Resource management :


- Allocating resources effectively and efficiently to achieve company objectives.

- Create a positive company culture through strong, inspirational leadership.

Stakeholder relations :

- Building and maintaining relationships with shareholders, board members, employees, customers, and partners.

Financial management :

- Ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization by managing budgets, financial planning, and profitability.

- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.

- The visa is on family status.
