Role & Title: CEO

Reports to : MD/ Chairman

Location : Bangalore (Corporate Office).

Qualifications / Work experience:

- Minimum 20 years of experience with an Engineering Degree (a must). Any Post Graduate Degree will be an added advantage.

- Should be in a leadership role of a minimum of 6yrs

- Excellent knowledge of B2B sales & marketing.

- Possess good business acumen

- To ensure that the Management has all the information necessary to properly exercise its responsibilities

- Develop and maintain an effective and innovative organizational structure based on achieving performance objectives that reflect the industry and market requirements

- Foster the search for new approaches to conducting business in an environment which provides the resources and communication flow necessary to encourage initiatives

- To lead staff in their achievement of business objectives with integrity, fairness and transparency
