Chief Executive Officer - Hostel

Role: CEO

Base Location: Delhi

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director

Key Deliverables:

- Requirement for a CEO - for developing and managing hostel facilities across India for the students

- Create Business plan for the business

- Project manage the initiate from the scratch

- Deliver robust and transparent program metrics - appropriate to program scale - to demonstrate program control and a clear understanding of any issues

- Project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, resource management, forecasting and project closure follow-up.

- The person should be well versed with the operations like housekeeping, catering, tying up with hospitals and facility management.

- The person should have a good technical know-how as the hostels will be backed with facilities like bio metrics, CCTV etc.

- We need a mix of operations, sales & marketing and technological knowledge
