The role of Hospital CEO is responsible for the strategic oversight,operational
management,and overall performance of multiple multi-specialty hospitals.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the organization's overall mission,vision,and goals.Lead the formulation of short-term and long-term operational plans to achieve regional and organizational targets.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth,expansion,and service enhancement within the region.
Operational Oversight:Manage the daily operations of multiple hospitals and clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.Oversee the implementation of operational policies,procedures,and standards across all facilities to ensure consistency and quality.Monitor and assess operational performance metrics,implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve performance goals.
Financial Management:Develop and manage the regional budget,ensuring financial accountability and adherence to budgetary constraints.Analyze financial reports,identify trends,and take proactive measures to optimize revenue,control costs,and improve profitability.Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial forecasts,strategic plans,and investment proposals.
Quality and Compliance:Ensure facilities comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards,and internal policies.Lead quality improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing patient safety,care outcomes,and satisfaction.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and address any non-conformities or areas for improvement,
Patient Experience and Care:Promote and implement patient-centered care practices to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.Address patient concerns and feedback promptly,ensuring high standards of service and care are maintained.Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to improve service delivery and overall patient care.
Sales Operations Management: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and growth objectives.Implement and refine sales processes,tools,and technologies to enhance productivity and performance.Monitor sales performance metrics and KPls,analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations.
Stakeholder and Community Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships withphysicians,healthcare providers,community leaders,and other stakeholders.Represent the organization at regional and community events,promoting the organization's mission and enhancing its public image.Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to address community health needs and foster strategic alliances.
Experience : 12 years to 18 Years in Hospitals Sector only
Education: MHA/MBA/PGDM/PG degree, MBBS+MHA/MBA will be preferred
Budget : 70-80 LPA
