Position based with one of the upcoming CLUB in India ( with international based concept ).

Job Role :

- Responsible for growth and overall profitability for the Clubs

- Communicating brand vision and demonstrating brand value

- Business strategy and planning.

- Establishing brand leadership in category.

- Business development, revenue generation, and Revenue Management & Distribution.

- Business and operations turnaround. Project management. L&D.

- Designing concepts to enhance guest experience.

- Developed the strategies for coordination of Sales and Operation

- Responsible for career planning of the individuals under span of control.

- Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies.

- Ensuring hotel meets all set financial targets in terms of Revenue and GOP

- Responsible for high level of guest service delivery and satisfaction.
