Chief Executive Officer - Hospital

CEO (Hospital)

- Responsible for controlling and providing overall directions to the organization & providing optimal patient facilities and outcomes & maintain the hospital's profitability and fulfill all the requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsibility to deliver the highest quality of patient care & will work closely with the chief medical officer (CMO) or chief nursing officer (CNO) to sustain the standards of patient care.

- Delivering efficient leadership while creating a positive and productive culture at the hospital

- Creating standards and policies for the workforce of his or her hospital, and not just creating but also implementing them in a way that every employee should follow to promote operational efficiency

- Hire and fire qualified staff

- Arrange training and workshops for the development of the employees

- Implement clinical procedure and policies in his or her hospital

- Developing a good relationship with the outside organizations, including the medical community, media, and referring physicians and chemists

- To maintain the reputation of the hospital on the track of success and profitability

Qualification And Experience :

i. 20+ years of overall professional experience & thorough knowledge of Hospital industry & Prior experience with leading Chain of Hospitals is must.

ii. Significant experience working with or as a member of a Board of Directors

iii. Fiscal management expertise

iv. Strong commitment to the professional development of staff; successful track record of recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce

v. Ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people and systems; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills, which support and enable sound decision making

vi. Excellent coalition building skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; a persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus amongst differing opinions

vii. Outstanding presentation and communication skills
