CEO - Home Loans - NBFC

- The CEO for Home Loans is responsible for the overall operations of the Home Loan division

- Will be responsible for the overall P&L of the Home Loan division.

- Develop new channels of sales such as Aggregators and DSAs/Connectors,

- Set-up new product lines such as Micro-LAP and Prime Home Loans

- Review and implement the policies and operating processes

- Manage the Sales, Underwriting/Risk Management, Collections and Recovery teams.

- Ensure the delinquency and credit losses are maintained

- Interface with external stakeholders such as Banks/FIs, Regulators and Credit Rating agencies.

- 15 to 20 years of experience in Housing Loans/Mortgages.

- Ideally from affordable home loans background

- Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills
