Chief Executive Officer - Healthcare & Beauty Sector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Oversees the ongoing operations of the Indian Subsidiary.

- Formulate a strategy to facilitate the offline and online sales growth plans.

- Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company and builds a team to facilitate the growth plans of the Company.

- Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions in close cooperation with the headquarters in the UK.

- Works with the leadership team to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.

- Presents regular reports on the status of the company operations to the Group.

- Oversees the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.

- Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.

- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.

- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision

- Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.

- Strong commercial and/or sales acumen

- Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

- Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.

Qualifications and experience :

- A Graduate from a top 20 University.

-10 years plus experience in the Health & Beauty Sector.

- Proven track record of growing a new brand within India.

- Experience rapid expansion across retail outlets as well as online E commerce.
