Chief Executive Officer - Health & Wellness

CEO- India (Health & Wellness)

- The India CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Indian operations.

- This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, telemedicine, over-the-counter (OTC) products, manufacturing, and finance.

- The CEO will drive strategic growth, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure that the Indian entity meets its business objectives while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO or in a similar executive position, within the D2C e-commerce, pharma, telemedicine, OTC products, or related industries.

- Extensive knowledge of the Indian healthcare market, including regulatory requirements, consumer behavior, and market trends.

- Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain management, and operational excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- 15+ years with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MPharm) is preferred.
