Position: - CEO Furniture Business

Reporting: Chairman

EXPERIENCE : 20+ Years

Salary : As per Industry Standards

QUALIFICATION

- Graduate : Any Graduate

- Post Graduate: MBA/PGDM from institute of repute

- Cross functional interaction

Role & Responsibility:

- Sales & marketing experience & operational exposure with hardware Industry and different processes in different Furniture Industry.

- Create and manage growth and operations strategy and act as an interface with the global team.

- Formulate and execute the growth strategy for the region in collaboration with other Business Heads.

- Ensure the business with clear marketing strategy based on understanding of current market, customers and competition.

- Develop new ideas for future offerings with the mission to develop our business, being close to the market.

- Ensure that we have the right business processes in sales management and marketing.

- Bridge between Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Manufacturing/ Procurement, Purchase and Quality Assurance.

Candidate should have knowledge of Trading Business as well.
