Chief Executive Officer - Food/F&B/Agro

Our Client has a multi-national presence in countries like U.S.A, Canada, U.K., India and East Africa, with turnover of $ 500 million having its operations in Uganda, Kenya, India, Canada, USA in Insurance, Cement, Sugar, Engineering, Insurance, Trade, Horticulture, Floriculture Cable, Plastics, & sports.

The Chief Executive is responsible for overall leadership & management, organizational strategy, and giving directions in achieving business objectives.

The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate and MBA from premier institute.

25-30 years of experience in Process Industry viz. Sugar, Food Processing, Beverage industry, Agro Products, Cement, Textile, Chemical, petroleum, paper industry, etc.

The candidate should be currently holding the job at the level of Chief Executive / Head of Business Unit.

Should have excellent personality with good communication skills

Initial experience must be in Maintenance /Engineering function

Should have thorough understanding of finance and business accounting with strong commercial acumen.

Should be IT savvy

Should be competent in General Administration, and Public Relations.

Must have experience of handling large work force (not less than 3000 people)

We look for good track record of longevity/ stability (not less than 5 years in last job)

Ready to shift with family.

Age group - 45-55 yrs.
