- The Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the business and drive exponential growth. The position will also take care of all the metrics of the business thus delivering a healthy bottom line and also chart a plan for international expansion.

- The position reports into the chairman.

- We are Looking for a CEO for a 500 Cr Packaged food Business - Promoter Driven Business wanting to Professionalise and Build a Professional Driven Organization.

- A hardcore business professional from a Food & Beverage background. A proven leader with capability to manage P&L. With more than 20 years of experience.

- Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.

- this will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.

- Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organisation.

- Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.

- Develop sales and marketing strategies for the BU and ensure effective implementation for achieving strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing with 20 - 25 years relevant experience at a leadership position.

- Track record in a senior sales and marketing role with FMCG or Food companies.

- Minimum 10 years experience on a nation-wide level. Experience in a Food Company is a must.
