Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer who can inspire and transform the organisation, build a strong committed team with values & ethics and drive the aspirational goals of the organisation.
- High execution focus and orientation. Should be a proven performer in this regard
- Strategy comprehension & execution more important than strategy origination.
- Enforce adherence to all legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
- Good understanding of financial metrics of business. Should be able to deliver on these metrics.
- Build trust with all stakeholders and uphold the legacy of the organisation.
- Should demonstrate a strong bias for action. This however must necessarily be married to strategic clarity.
- Clarity of thought and ability to devolve over-arching business objectives to functional objectives in a measurable way.
Desired candidate profile:
- Proven experience as CEO, prefer someone with Sales experience (as opposed to manufacturing or Finance) from FMCG industry at South India.
- Experience in taking a mandate and executing it exceptionally well.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and best practices in the industry.
- Great team building skills - not a populist, but a task driven leader with clarity in thought and communication.
- Excellent communication, public speaking skills and should be a good listener.
- B.Tech + MBA from top tier college
