Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Kolkata, Head Office

Reporting to: Chairman

Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in a leadership role, preferably currently in a similar position

Job Responsibilities:

1. P&L Management & EBIDTA: Oversee and manage the entire Profit & Loss statement AND EBIDTA of the Company, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and enhance cost efficiency.

2. Product Portfolio Leadership: Lead the strategic development and management of the product portfolio across PAN India, including product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization. Drive innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

3. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the entire team including sales, operations, finance, and other functional areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

4. New Product Positioning: Drive the development and implementation of innovative strategies for new product positioning, including market research, product development, and launch strategies. Identify emerging trends and consumer preferences to capitalize on market opportunities.

5. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for market expansion, identifying new opportunities for growth and penetration in existing and new markets. Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and distribution reach.

6. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation initiatives through effective sales and marketing strategies, channel development, and customer relationship management. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 15-20 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of P&L management, product portfolio management, and market expansion strategies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change within the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
