1. Sales Management:

2. Manufacturing:

3. Finance and Budgeting:
- Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures without compromising on quality.
- Review financial reports and recommend actions to improve profitability.
4. Installation and Services:
- Ensure seamless coordination between the installation team and customers.
- Oversee post-installation services, warranty claims, and customer support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Be the final point of escalation for sensitive cases.
5. HR Management:
- Supervise the HR department, providing strategic direction and support in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with HR to create and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
6. Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
- Create and enhance processes across various departments to drive operational efficiency.
7. Team Leadership:
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
- Recruit, train, and develop talented professionals to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Engineer/ MBA
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a systems-driven organization, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to envision and execute long-term goals.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry would be advantageous.
