Position Role :-  The incumbent will closely work with all SBUs in various business to identify long term growth opportunities identifying new business opportunities including inorganic growth and evaluate existing product portfolio to recommend changes if required and finalize strategy for new products/ new markets.  He will also work on various improvement projects as well specific projects for overall business growth and development of business.  Key Responsibilities & Deliverables  To ensure that budgeted sales are generated & to take care of deviations for AI, Vitamins, Fine Chemicals & Crop Sciences.  To maximize sales on continuous market adaptive growth for all businesses  Fund Flow Planning - Montoring Bills receivables from Customers & on time payments of bill payable to HO so as for receipt of payment within agreed terms & Acceptable Practices  Increase market share through addition of customers or products in the market.  Market Development Activity for Generic Business  Assess Market Potential for Pipeline Products ( Dosage / API ) through market research, identify the customers, Sign agreements for Dossier Filings  Ensure all Regulatory & Statutory requirements are met so that no liability is created for the comapny  Market intelligence & competitors activities and update business on the same  Ensuring correct & timely compliance of all customer orders to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.  Regular interaction with customers, industry & market place for strategy alignment  Develop a strong Go to market strategy for each SBU is line with overall vision.  Responsible for market strategy, new business development, product launch, and sales promotions  Suggest strategy for Key Account for building strong and long relationship.  REQUIREMENT :  MBA from reputed institute with more than 15 years of work experience, out of which minimum 5-6 years of experience in commercial role (Sales & Marketing) along with P&L accountability.   Proven top-notch track record in leading chemical companies  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Should have an Entrepreneurial mindset.  Is able to translate long term strategy into effective annual marketing plans.  Ability to assess competitor information and provide tactical inputs to sales.  Functional/Business understanding in B2B environment
