Chief Executive Officer - Family Office

Role:

Hand on experience in investments management, knowledge of relevant legal and accounting matters, experience in setting up and managing family office structures, and a proven track record of successful cash flow planning and governance.

Responsibilities:

- Investments Management: The Family Office Head will be responsible for managing all types of investments (listed and unlisted securities, real estate, and overseas investments).

- Knowledge of FEMA Related Matters Domestic and Overseas.

- He/ She will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a governance structure for the family office, including policies and procedures for decision-making, risk management, and reporting.

- Develop and implement effective cash flow planning strategies across family entities.

- Strong understanding of accounting and taxation for the family office, including compliance with relevant regulations and tax planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

- Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CA, CS or LLB preferred.

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in a family office or similar role.
