- Responsible for the strategies, planning and progressive all round performance for achieving the Company's vision of being a highly reliable, modern, integrated and high tech security service provider in Southern India in the areas of very skilled and trained man guarding, physical and property protection and electronic modern security

Job Responsibilities :

- Direct and move the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors

- Demonstrate ability as a security expert to propel their company for industry recognition as provider of 360degrees security services especially in Enterprise security in delivering integrated solution of Access control, CCTV, Intrusion, PIDS, Firealarm, Building management on to a command & Control /PSIM platform

- Provide tactical direction to develop company's branding strategy and product-service line

- Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability

- Provide strategy and drive implementation of strategic asset enhancement programs, technology upgradations energy saving & sustainable initiatives.

- Stakeholder management: Work in close coordination with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain and FM/Ops Managers to ensure smooth Engineering services operations.

- Lead a team of professionals to develop and optimize facilities across the Company's business to satisfy the operating plan

- Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return

- Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement

- Driving excellence in services, client/end user experience, efficiencies/process improvements, enhancing value of properties and management of operating cost.

- Review SLAs, performance measurement, Audits, monitoring & driving best practices

- Drive P&L through linking of vision to forecast, to Budgets and to targets in order to get desired profitability from different business vertical

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Provide reliable, sturdy, and caring leadership to the team.

- Influence executives of Corporates/clients to recognize and consider the safety and security implications of company for client acquisition/expansion

- Represent the company as required, including attending of important functions, industry events and public meetings

- Be a champion of Company's core values

Qualification And Experience :

1. Post Graduate with 25+ years experience in security services operations and strategy in roles with increasing responsibility, and around five years in a top leadership role in a similar industry managing large and multi locations.

2. A zeal and passion to build a security management Organizatoion delivering high results.

3. Conversant with the rules and regulations for running a security agency and a training academy for security personnel, in-house and outsourcing

4. Ability to Liaise and interact with senior officials of Police and other Government Departments and to brasses of the industrial world

5. Strong leadership skills for leading geographically dispersed team members in multiple regions.

6. Sound judgement & ability to work independently

7. Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally.

8. Solid understanding of physical and reputational risk factors and methods for mitigating such risk.

9. Ability to influence in the absence of direct lines of authority over others.

10. Excellent time management skills and ability to competently juggle numerous competing priorities.

11. Excellent written and oral communication skills; must be an effective public speaker.

12. Proven ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, not afraid to dive into detail and execute as needed.

13. An acute sense of discretion and ability to manage highly confidential matters.

14. Strong fiscal discipline and ability to expertly manage large budgets.

15. Leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

16. Possess a positive continuous improvement attitude with ability to continuously motive a large diverse team and maintain a high morale.

17. Positive attitude, highly adaptable, creative, entrepreneurial, demonstrated commitment to Co's core values.

18. Must be comfortable with the main southern regional languages.
