Chief Executive Officer - EPC/Infra

The client is a well-established construction and engineering group-that has a Joint Venture with a MNC

We are currently seeking a CEO for its operations in New Delhi, India.

As the CEO, you are expected to provide strong strategic leadership to position the Group at the forefront of the industry :

- by building and developing a capable and robust organization attracting high quality talent and long-term capital.

- to develop and deliver on a long- term strategic growth plan aligned to Group's vision and values approved by the Board that result in enhanced shareholder value while promoting deep relationships with Government and other stakeholders.

Ideally you have

- a Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil, Engineering, or related disciplines, with well-recognised/reputable universities in India/abroad.

- 18-20 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent understanding of Indian infrastructure sector, including investment environment, investment risks and regulatory issues.

- Deep relationships with Government, financial institutions and corporate entities.

- Track record of building and developing organisations.
