CEO - Energy
Job Overview:
- The CEO, Energy is responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable operation of power facility, optimizing power generation capacity, minimizing downtime costs and maintaining environmental compliance.
- The role will monitor plant operational and financial performance in line with the organization's goals for uninterrupted power supply and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
Strategy:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term objectives for energy manufacturing.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in energy manufacturing, evaluating their potential for enhancing operations.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, product diversification, and technological advancements.
- Implement strategies for retaining key talent, including growth opportunities, R&R programs, and upskilling initiatives to foster career development.
Operations:
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, increase EBITDA & free cash flow and take corrective actions as needed.
- Prioritize adherence to strict quality standards and specifications throughout the energy production process and monitor and improve the OTIF percentage to ensure timely and complete deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control strategies to achieve profitability targets.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize material availability and minimize costs.
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and contingencies
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company's environmental performance, promote sustainable practices, and reduce waste.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring (N-1 )vacant roles are backfilled promptly to maintain operational efficiency.

Role Requirements:
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Business management
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering
- Familiarity with management best practices,
- Industry experience in a leadership profile, consulting experience in textile manufacturing is an added advantage
