Responsibilities:
Market Strategy :
- Conducting market research and developing a market strategy with the fundamental goal of achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
Product and Pricing :
- Developing the entire program and curriculum; spearheading the complete process of bringing the new product to the market.
Teacher recruiting and training:
- Hiring a team of experienced teachers and conducting SAT-specific training.
- Creating a comprehensive and thorough teacher training model.

- Supervising the teaching process and managing the entire team.
Sales and Marketing :
- Leading the process of promoting, selling, and distributing the product.
- Evolving creative and cost-effective marketing strategies.
Process Building :
- Developing and administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the team with the strategic goals of the company.
- Continuously analyzing and reviewing the vertical's processes and policies, and applying the best industry practices as they fit/support the team's needs and requirements.
Leading Operations :
- Operating under an independent financial budget, single-handedly managing the operations for the SAT vertical.
- Developing and executing a strategy for center expansion throughout India
- Delivering PnL targets
Skills :
- Strong leadership and managerial skills: the candidate would be responsible for building and spearheading a team for the program and must thus possess strong management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose and improve leadership and team capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong entrepreneurial skills
- Experience with building a process-driven organization
