We are looking for a highly motivated leader.
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will be:
- A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experienced in building an online ed-tech business
- Structured problem solver with the ability to ideate and execute in an ambiguous environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4 individuals who are accountable for driving content creation and design, marketing campaigns, product & tech, sales tele-calling and customer support
- Maximize outcome-based learning by setting up a placement and mentorship programme, creating a learner community, establishing a structured pathway from Foundation course Bachelors / Masters course
- Activate new channels of revenue via collaborations with enterprises, govts. and skill development agencies
- Manage key stakeholders for the business, including Subject Matter Experts, University Partners
- Create and champion the culture blueprint for Company
You're a great fit for us if you have:
- A graduate degree from a Tier-1 institute
- 6-8 years of work experience in ed-tech, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a business vertical
- Ability to drive business results by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop and lead cross-functional projects
- Affinity towardsstart-up work environment and hunger to learn
