Chief Executive Officer - eCommerce - IIM/IIT

Job Description:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB preferred) is advantageous, though exceptional track records will be considered.

- Professional Experience: 15+ Years of Leadership: Significant executive experience in e commerce, enterprise technology, or industrial distribution.

- P&L Ownership: At least 5 years in P&L leadership roles, with a proven record of scaling businesses and driving profitability.

- Enterprise & Strategic Sales: Demonstrable success in building C-suite relationships, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and executing strategic account management.

- Investor & Board Interaction: Experience in managing investor relations, fundraising, and engaging with board-level stakeholders.

- Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to develop and drive bold, transformative strategies.

- Operational Excellence: Proven track record in streamlining operations and implementing data-driven process improvements.

- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional public speaking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a strong presence in industry forums.

- Innovative & Adaptive: Capacity to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with hands-on problem-solving abilities. Cultural Agility: Experience building and sustaining high performing, inclusive cultures in competitive markets.
