CEO (Diagnostics Business) - Mumbai
The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies that promote the organization's growth, financial sustainability, and delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the Diagnostics industry and a commitment to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan in alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set long-term goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to ensure the organization's competitive edge.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective delivery of Diagnostics labs and related services.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ensure efficient resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and technology.
3. Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
4. Quality and Service Excellence:
- Promote a culture of excellence in diagnostic accuracy, patient care, and customer service.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Monitor service outcomes and drive continuous improvement in diagnostic practices.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, staff, physicians, community leaders, and regulatory agencies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
- Foster collaboration and partnerships to enhance the organization's reputation and influence.
6. Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Ensure effective succession planning and professional development opportunities.
7. Innovation and Growth:
- Drive innovation in diagnostic services through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Identify and develop new service lines, programs, and initiatives to expand the organization's impact.
- Lead efforts in research and development to advance healthcare solutions.
Required:
- Minimum of 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in a chain of Diagnostics labs or PPP (private public partnership) healthcare service provider.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry trends.
- Preferably worked on any government PPP project rollout.
