Job Responsibilities :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in cement or construction related manufacturing Industry.

- Techno commercial background but experience in cement industry will have high preference.

- Excellent communication with negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Nepali language will have high preference.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Having Positive attitude and optimistic nature towards work

- Excellent motivational and leadership skills.

- Having Prioritization and delegation skills.

- Proven track record in building strategic partnership

- Assure the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

- Able to formulate policies that are recommended by Board and need to ensures that all policies are implemented at all functional level.

- Able to recommend a yearly budget to the Board and manage the organization's resources within the approved budget.
