Job Description :

- Responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

- Responsible for short medium and long-term profitability.

- Ensuring that the business is on track as per the vision and mission proposed by the board and other stakeholders.

- Ensure that the corporate values and philosophy are upheld at all times while conducting the business.

- Be responsible for hiring and integrating the top team of the company with the goals and values of the company.

- Ensuring that critical strategies of all departments are in line with the business goals of the company.

- Preparing, implementing evaluating and presenting to the board the annual operating plans.

- Ensure all the statutory compliance are done in time.

- Formulating and implementing marketing strategies for go to market, pricing strategy, competition management, client acquisition with path-breaking products & services.

- Providing an effective leadership to various critical components of the organization like Operations, Sales, Credit, Risk, Technology, Compliance and People side of the business.

- Ensuring a culture of collaboration is built between all the departments of the organization.

- Periodic review of milestones, deliverable and revenue targets.

- Identify the risks in specific market /segments and define remedial plans to ensure that the portfolio quality is maintained.

- Develop avenues for a self-sustaining business model and explore new streams for long-term revenue growth.

- Building brand focus by extensive market feedback & personal network; Develop market intelligence for product positioning.

- Establish and standardize Risk / Credit control framework and operational workflows across the risk management infrastructure and key stake holders.

- Spearhead technology initiatives for quality control of risk processes and procedures to achieve business objectives.

- Representing the organization in Industry associations, media & other public events in the right light.-
