As a CEO, key deliverable is to achieve revenue, profitability and ROCE plans.

- Strategy & Business

- Reinforce Business Strategy - Vision, Mission & Values

- Alignment to Company's Strategic plan to execute Business growth/Operations Excellence. Articulate Milestones/Goals & BHAG - drive it's execution

- Develop Operations Horizon/Framework to expand service offerings

- Reposition Company along Thought Leadership & Business model enhancements

- Drive the Regulatory/Government/Industry interface

- Business Development

- Reinvigorate new customers acquisition initiatives

- Expand existing customers business share (wallet share, new opportunities)

- Key relationships management: Customers, Influencers, Industry experts

- Solutions driven sales focus- value add & strategic partner approach

- Financial Metrics and Operations Management

- Business plan, Budgeting, Capex, Forecasting & tracking processes ownership

- Enhance asset utilisation, Optimise key operating metrics. Evolve Operating parameters/measures to track Business health& direction

- Identify Revenue & Cost Drivers- establish processes to monitor/optimize

- Drive Margin/ EBITDA, Growth, ROCE/ROE, Cash-flows initiatives.

- Implement Quality& Processes rigor across operations

- Leverage Technology/Systems for Productivity gains & decision making

Profile

- Business Leader with 20 + years experiences panning Business Development, Operations and Strategy execution.

- Experience of leading a company or Business unit P&L in a larger company.

- Strong Operations & Growth track record - handled multi-location business, multi-function teams, multiple service lines

- Adept at Key Account management - Solution centric & partnership approach

- High Performance orientation; Analytical and good Decision making skills

- Team player/Team leader with good communication skills; leads from the front.

- Presence & poise to manage Key Stakeholder relationships - External & Internal

- Global/Cold chain sector exposure is an advantage (Logistics, QSR, Food, Dairy, Pharma)
