Chief Executive Officer - Cluster of Companies

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing the Group’s operations in various sector such as Agriculture, Food & Beverages, Automotive & Engineering and Mall leasing and management including Cineplex.

- Reporting to the Group CEO or Chairman on day-to-day business operations of the Group by coordinating with MDs/COO of various operating subsidiaries of the Group.

- Identifying newer markets/products for business development potential and formulating business strategies for such.

- Analyzing market scenarios on continuous basis for enhancing the existing businesses or exploring new opportunities

- Preparation of high class presentation documents such as business potential, growth plan, etc., to the Group’s international partners, affiliates and institutional customers

- Maintaining strong relationships with Group’s principal suppliers, customers, Government procurement agencies, etc.

- Negotiating with suppliers, vendors, etc. for finalization of dealership and partnership agreements.

- Assist Group companies in preparation of big institutional tender opportunities in terms pricing, sourcing, delivery, etc.

- Designs and ensures implementation of a system for tracking and monitoring relevant operational MIS. Trends depicted by the MIS are to be accessed and communicated to all on a predefined frequency highlighting priorities and improvements achieved.

- Establish and maintain appropriate internal cost control procedures for the business operations

- Analyze the Group’s profitability on a monthly basis and suggest for improvements.

Other Criteria:

- Impeccable English writing skills is a must; Gujarati speaking is an added advantage
