Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of a Chemical Company

- Will be responsible for running the entire operations of a mid sized Chemical company, manufacturing Dyes & Pigments in Roha, Maharashtra, with corporate office in Pune.

- The role would be next to the MD & responsible for Business, Manufacturing, Process, People management, Quality, New product development, New business initiatives, Long & Short term Strategy & driving the Top & Bottom line.

- The company is planning for a 100% growth & the CEO will be the driving force to achieve that. The role will involve 4 day involvement at the plant & two days in the corporate office.

- The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Chemistry or a Chemical Engineer, with a MBA from a reputed institution & someone from the Chemical or process industry with a rounded experience in Manufacturing, Business Development, people management, P&L operations.

- Prior experience as COO or as a CEO will be an added advantage.
